Cassie will be holding a mama + baby yoga session tailored to nurture both mind and body with a focus on bringing your body gently back to alignment post birth, building strength, releasing tension and supporting your transition into motherhood. You will also be given some options for bubs to be incorporated into the practice using massage techniques.

​Camilla who holds an Internationally Accredited Certificate in Art Therapy invites mamas and their little ones to a special workshop designed to cultivate mindfulness and presence through the creative process of art.
