This summer, hit reset and flow in the stunning surrounds of The Orangery at Gunnersbury Park. Glasshouse Rituals is a soulful wellness series that blends yoga, sound healing, and seasonal connection—all bathed in the morning light or golden hour glow of this beautiful glasshouse.
Led by Cassie Awan—founder of Pop Up Yoga Club and lululemon ambassador—these immersive sessions are all about balance: energising movement, deep rest, and reconnecting with yourself and nature.
Practice in harmony with the shifting light of the day. Expect movement, soulful soundscapes, and the serenity of The Orangery.
