You can usually find me popping up at unique spaces in and around London armed with yoga mats. From beaches to rooftops, bars and yoga domes.
"i've created pop up yoga club to bring yoga out of the studio."
I created my first pop up yoga event almost 5 years ago, on the top floor of an old church in Battersea. The class welcomed a mix of those who had never done a Downward Dog before to those who could happily hang out in a headstand for 5 minutes.
We moved and breathed together for an hour then enjoyed chats and pressed juice after class with a sense of community and inclusiveness. This event removed any feelings of intimidation and seriousness that you can sometimes get in a studio setting and the people wanted more of this!
I trained to teach vinyasa yoga in Feb 2018 after spending a month in Bali with the Sacred fig school and since went on to specialise in a variety of styles including yin, restorative, prana vinyasa and pregnancy yoga.
When you join me on the mat you can expect creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness. You'll move and feel liberated while improving strength, stability and balance.
Classes can sometimes include an occasional dance party or a glass of bubbly!
