This spring retreat is all about renewal, fresh energy + filling your cup. Across the afternoon we’ll move through yoga, sink into dreamy sound healing + yoga nidra, get creative with a seasonal workshop + share soul-nourishing food together. Set inside our hidden dome in the South Downs, surrounded by spring blooms — it’s your reset for the new season, but make it yoga.
