⚡️ FEEL GOOD FLOW - 3:30PM- 4:00PM ⚡️ ⚡️ PARTNER YOGA – 4:00PM - 4:30PM ⚡️ ⚡️ FIZZ & FLOW - 4:30PM- 5:00PM ⚡️ We’ll be doing our streeeetchy thing on the most beautiful yoga mats from @andflow_mats 💗 Just rock up and find us on the day to secure your spot. Places will be free of charge and limited - it’s first come first serve, so be sure to arrive 5 mins before class starts.
