Join prenatal yoga teacher + pop up yoga club founder Cassie and special guests for a mini retreat set at 50 Hill Rise in Richmond, west london.
Price: £70 per person
2:00pm - Enjoy a pregnancy yoga class suitable for all trimesters
2:50pm - A hypnobirthing inspired meditation session to relax and restore
3:00pm - Sit down for a cup of pregnancy safe herbal tea and mingle
3:00pm - A chance to have a solo maternity portrait taken if you wish
3:15pm Enjoy delicious and nourishing homemade refreshments & mingle with others
3:30pm - Personal Stylist talk on tips & tricks for a stylish pre and postnatal period
4:00pm - Affirmation bracelet making workshop
5:00pm - Go home with a goodie bag, feeling restored, relaxed and inspired
What you can expect.
Cassie, who has recently had her second child, will share her own positive stories of how yoga, breath and wellness helped her throughout her pregnancy and in preparation for birth. She'll be teaching a pregnancy flow class with gentle movement, breath work, pelvic floor exercises and restorative set-ups to feel calm and deeply relaxed.
We go through breathing practices that you can use during labour and we focus on easing common pregnancy niggles. Ending with meditation or a hypnobirthing style of yoga nidra to increase your oxytocin and prepare you for a positive birth experience.
Alina, a maternity and newborn photographer from Apple Grove Studio will be holding mini maternity photoshoots. These are optional but available to all of our attendees who will go home with one free photo from the shoot.
Personal Stylist Faye Joseph and founder of Good Karma Styling will be joining us to share her tips & tricks for a stylish pre and postnatal period.
Cassie will be hosting an affirmation bracelet making workshop. You'll choose a powerful word that resonates to you during pregnancy, placing this on a bracelet alongside gemstones and beads.
Enjoy a delicious plant based spread prepared by our guest nutritionist and meet and mingle with other mamas-to-be.
Who can join?
We welcome all mamas who are pregnant 8 weeks + right up until the end of third trimester.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
A great opportunity to meet and mingle with a group of mamas in a safe space.
This event will be adults only - we will hold future events with the little ones.
