Join prenatal yoga teacher + pop up yoga club founder Cassie and special guests for a mini retreat set at 50 Hill Rise in Richmond. ​

Example schedule
12:30pm — Welcome with herbal tea + time to connect on arrival
12:45pm — Pregnancy yoga (suitable for all trimesters)
1:45pm — Optional 1:1 maternity mini photography sessions begin
2:00pm — Freshly baked treats + refreshments in The Nourish Café
2:15pm — Creative workshop: birth affirmations
3:00pm — Preparing for birth + beyond: talk with a maternity nurse
3:30pm — Leave feeling nourished, restored + inspired

What you can expect.

Cassie, mother of two, will share her own positive stories of how yoga, breath and wellness supported her through pregnancy and in preparation for birth. She’ll be teaching a pregnancy flow class with gentle movement, breathwork, pelvic floor exercises and restorative set-ups to leave you feeling calm and deeply relaxed. Together, we’ll explore breathing practices you can use during labour and focus on easing common pregnancy niggles.

A maternity and newborn photographer will also be offering individual mini photoshoots to capture precious memories that honour and celebrate your pregnancy journey. Each participant will receive one complimentary image, with the option to purchase additional photographs.
Take a pause to enjoy something delicious in The Nourish Café and connect with other mamas-to-be.

Cassie will then guide a creative workshop where we’ll be making beautiful birth affirmation bracelets to support and inspire you on your journey.
​
We’ll close our retreat day with a relaxed and informative session led by an experienced maternity nurse, who will share gentle, practical guidance on preparing for birth and life with your newborn.

Who can join?
​
We welcome all mamas who are pregnant 8 weeks + right up until the end of third trimester.
​No prior yoga experience is needed.
A great opportunity to meet and mingle with a group of mamas in a safe space.
This event will be adults only - we will hold future events with the little ones.
