Join us for a rejuvenating half day yoga retreat specially designed for expecting mothers 

Join prenatal yoga teacher + pop up yoga club founder Cassie and special guests for a mini retreat set at Ticho Wellness in Barnes, west london.

Price:  £65 per person (£60 early bird rate ends 21st Jan)

Schedule

2:00pm - Welcome circle

2:20pm - Enjoy a pregnancy yoga class suitable for all trimesters

3:15pm Herbal tea, nibbles & chats

3:30pm - Nutritionist talk about what to eat in pregnancy / fourth trimester

4:00pm -  Creative workshop

4:40pm - A hypnobirthing relaxation session with a hypnobirthing coach

5:00pm - Go home feeling restored, relaxed and inspired

What you can expect.

​

Cassie, mother of two, will share her own positive stories of how yoga, breath and wellness helped her throughout her pregnancy and in preparation for birth. She'll be teaching a pregnancy flow class with gentle movement, breath work, pelvic floor exercises and restorative set-ups to feel calm and deeply relaxed. We go through breathing practices that you can use during labour and we focus on easing common pregnancy niggles.

 

Alina a maternity and newborn photographer will be holding individual mini photoshoots to capture precious memories that honour and celebrate your pregnancy journey. Each participant will receive one complimentary image, with the option to purchase further images.

Enjoy delicious nibbles and meet and mingle with other mamas-to-be and listen to our guest Nutritional Therapist, talk about what to eat in pregnancy / fourth trimester.

Cassie will be hosting a creative workshop, in the past we have made birth affirmation cards and bracelets. This will be confirmed a little closer to the time.

Ending our retreat day with a guided relaxation led by local hypnobirthing coach. Ariel of Mighty Birth Co is dedicated to helping parents build confidence, feel more relaxed, and empowered going into birth.

Who can join?

​

We welcome all mamas who are pregnant 8 weeks + right up until the end of third trimester.

​No prior yoga experience is needed.

A great opportunity to meet and mingle with a group of mamas in a safe space.

This event will be adults only - we will hold future events with the little ones.
