What you can expect.

Cassie will be opening class with some yogic breathwork techniques to ground you and set you up for a transformative retreat day.

Erika will lead with a sound bath for you to release past beliefs that no longer serve you and healing from old wounds that may be blocking your energy.

Cassie will follow with a yin and yang flow blending longer held passive poses (Yin) to strengthen and stretch our connective, fascial and ligament tissues, mobilise our joints, and stimulate and soothe the nervous system. With a strong Vinyasa Flow practice (Yang) building heat, strength, stamina and flexibility.

Erika will close our retreat with her Manifestation Masterclass where you'll learn the tools to own your magnificence - creating mantras + affirmations for self love + levelling up, while writing your goal. She'll teach you how to have an abundance mindset, ending with a meditation visualisation with powerful crystals.

Food

Boul Kitchen will be cooking up a vegan lunch made with delicious wholesome seasonal produce and a Middle Eastern twist.
