Join us for the first in the series of yoga at the pub. We'll be popping up at some of the best pubs around London - bringing you yoga paired with some delicious pub grub!
Join pop up yoga club founder Cassie McClements and the amazing Grace McGeehan as they co-teach a super flowly Vinyasa class guaranteed to make your body, mind and your soul feel good. These two go together like yin and yang and you expect to move, wiggle, breathe, go upside down and have some fun in their classes.
The location - Aragon House a beautiful Grade II listed building on Parsons Green in Fulham. We'll be doing our class in a private space inside with a stunning view of Parsons Green out the window. We'll then head to the courtyard for food and drinks after.
Your £35 ticket includes:
- 60 mins of Vinyasa yoga on our courtyard
- a soft drink of your choice or tea / coffee
(option to upgrade to a Mimosa for an extra cost)
- one of the following veggie or plant based dishes
- a yoga mat, but you're welcome to bring your own
