Cassie McClements and Faye Joseph pre-natal yoga teachers have recorded some workshops for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.


A Pregnancy Partners Workshop - 40 mins  

A class designed for you and your birth partner. Learn gentle yoga postures with an emphasis on working in pairs. Breathing, movement, massage and touch techniques useful for pregnancy, and labour.

A Pregnancy Yoga Class, Meditation & Bump Massage Tutorial - 60 mins
Enjoy a pregnancy yoga class paired with a tummy massage tutorial and a deep meditation for the ultimate restorative self care session. 


£5 per class recording (yours to keep forever)

Who can do these classes? 

We welcome all mamas who are pregnant - right up until the end of third trimester. 

No prior yoga experience is needed.
