What can I expect in class?

Join other mummas-to-be for an hour of nourishing yoga with gentle movement,  breath work, pelvic floor exercises and restorative set-ups to feel calm and deeply relaxed. We go through breathing practices that you can use during labour and we focus on easing common pregnancy niggles such as restless leg, cramps, heartburn, lower back, pelvic and ligament pain and insomnia. Ending with meditation or a hypnobirthing style of yoga nidra to increase your oxytocin and prepare you for a positive birth experience.

 

Who can join?

Best suited for second and third trimester, however we do welcome all mamas who are pregnant from 8 weeks plus.
